Return policy
We only send you the painting once you have approved our photo of the completed artwork.

In the unlikely event you are not happy with the painting once you receive the painting, we can offer a 100% refund of the purchasing price (minus postage costs) to be given as the form of store credit, OR choose a 50% refund to be returned to your credit card (minus postage costs) - if you notify us within 5 working days of delivery.

Refunds and credits are issued upon us receiving the painting back in its original condition.

Damaged goods
If the package is damaged when you receive it, and also the artwork is damaged, you must immediately notify us. Keep the packaging for the courier to inspect. We will replace these goods at no charge.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, before it has been sent to you- if the painting has not yet been painted you can get your refund in full, minus a 25% cancellation fee.

If the artwork has already been painted already, we will refund you 50%.

Privacy
We will not give away or sell any images you send us to other people or companies.

We can display your photos or artwork on the website or our promotional material unless you request otherwise.

Copyrighted Works
Portrait Xpress has no way of determining which images are owned by you or if someone else owns the copyright. Customers are responsible and liable for the images they upload. You must have the permission of the copyright owner, or possess the copyright to order a painting from the photo you upload. The copyright owner of a photograph (usually the person who took the photo) is typically the only person that can make a derivative work such as a painting based on that work.

Import Duties
Our prices don't include import duties or taxes (see FAQ's). If the destination country imposes these, the customer is responsible for their payment.

Prohibited Photos
We won't make a painting from any offensive photographs.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Portrait Xpress reserves the right to change add or remove any portion of these terms and conditions of use, in whole or part, at any time. Changes in terms and conditions of use will be effective when posted. You agree to review these terms and conditions periodically to make yourself aware of any changes. Your continued use of this website after any changes to these terms and conditions of use are posted will be considered acceptance of these changes.
